Dr. Gwendolyn Halterman received her DDS degree from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco. Prior to attending dental school she began college at UCLA and graduated from UCSF with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She was a clinical instructor of dental hygiene at Monroe Community College, Rochester, New York and also at the University of California School of Dentistry for a total of ten years.

She has been a practicing dentist in Half Moon Bay since 1983. Her practice strives to provide the best possible health for all patients while taking into account the patients’ individual concerns and desired outcomes. Continuing education is vital to providing optimum dental services and Dr. Halterman avails herself of a variety of education resources constantly. She is a member of the American Dental Association and the California Dental Association.

When not in the Half Moon Bay office, Dr. Halterman likes to hike, garden and study the concert harp. She has resided in Moss Beach for thirty three years and is active in a number of Coastside groups.
